My first cookstove trip to Guatemala served as a baseline experience to understand every step of the process. It was a chance to see firsthand how stoves are built and deployed, meet the people they benefit, and get a feel for the daily rhythm of installation work. Beyond the technical aspects, the trip introduced me to the country itself. Learning about its landscapes, culture, and communities helped lay the foundation for deeper engagement in future projects.
